Advance booking is required. Please arrive on time; arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
A non-refundable $20 deposit is required for certain services.
Full payment is due right after your service, by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card.
Give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation to avoid fees or losing your deposit.
Come with clean, dry, fully detangled hair unless a wash is included. Fees apply for extra prep.
Children must stay calm and seated for their safety. Services may be declined if a child cannot sit still.
Braids By Delish is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Stay completely still during hot-water dipping. Don't move your head or reach for towels until you're told to, to avoid severe burns.
Avoid sudden movements while scissors, needles or heat tools are in use.
Please reschedule if you feel sick. No extra guests unless approved beforehand.
Any concern or complaint about your hair service must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) after your appointment.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances. A requested retouch has an additional fee, based on the style and the adjustment needed.
